How does Handwriting Analysis work?

Graphology is a mix of a science and an art. It is a complex process to analyse some ones writing and something which takes many hours of work to do. It’s partly scientific measurements which are made very accurately and comparing various aspects that the writing shows. The art is in pulling it all together and interpreting the findings which reflect an accurate and true picture of the person. People are very complex and therefore so is Graphology.

The sort of things I look for are the slant of the writing, whether the baseline is flexible, rigid or very erratic. I look at the pressure of the pen on the paper, capitals and signatures. The rhythm of the writing and how it’s arranged on the page. Margin spacing and size of the writing. There are over a 100 character traits to be measured and is time consuming. I look at the proportions of the upper, middle and lower extensions. The list is endless and all of these things that are looked at mean something which go to make up my analysis on a persons personality.
